Notes for James Killough

Hamilton records show they had only one son, Edward. Another record, used in 1991 edition of this book, shows James' first wife (name unknown, m. 1823), dying in 1824 at the birth of James Monroe Killough, his second wife Pricilla raising the boy.
Hamilton records sent to compiler show abundant verification that James Monroe was the son of James' brother Thomas and Margaret (Hamilton) Killough.
