Aug. 26, 1972
The 105th Reunion of the Kalloch Family was held at Crescent Beach Inn, Owls head where dinner was ordered from the menu.
There were 22 present.
The meeting was called to order by Vice Pres. Hazel Hills and each one introduced him (or her) self by giving their name and Kalloch background.
The Secretary's and Treasurer's Report were read and accepted.
The Nominating Committee consisting of Chas. Kalloch, Mabel Rollins and Faustina Spring, recommended the following
officers to serve the next year:
Pres. Rev. Peter Richardson of Needham, Mass.
V. Pres. Hazel Hills
Sec. & Treas. Leola Robinson
Historians, Marguerite Gould and Bertha Drewett
This recommendation was accepted and officers elected.
It was noted to have the next Reunion on Sat., Aug. 25th at the same place.
Mabel K. Rollins brought greetings from Samuel Kalloch and family by correspondence. A letter from Helen Harris regretting her absence.
Jennie Moody was the only person reported as having passed away.
The newest one reported was a baby born recently to Rev. & Mrs. Richardson, our new president.
Remarks were made by Arthur W. Olsen of La Canada, Calif.
It was reported that Mabel Kalloch Rollins (90 yrs old) had missed only one meeting in her life time.
Mrs. Rollins closed the meeting with prayer, after which we adjourned.
A card was signed by all present to be sent to Henry Kalloch Allen, who is in the hospital.
